Focus on Business Success
Advisors On Target convenes small
groups of closely networked business owners who
want to focus on making their businesses more successful.
Over the course of a year, we work together to enhance
each member's business performance in seven key
areas: Leadership, Finance, Business Planning, Productivity,
Marketing, and Sales.
Increase Your Business Performance
The goal of the On Target
program is to improve the overall business performance
of each members business. We are seeing positive
trends in profitability, growth and effectiveness
in companies who participate in an On Target group.
Participating in an On Target
group helps you be more accountable to yourself
in reaching your goals. We work with each
member to improve the profitability of your business
and to assist in the development of systems to work
"on" your business rather than "in" your business.
Our On Target Groups consist
of 8-10 business owners usually in the same industry.
On Target group members meet monthly via tele-conference,
receive individual business consulting from our
consultants throughout the year, and join together
with members from multiple groups semiannually for
business building conferences and peer group networking.
Business owners from all over the United States
and Canada participate.
Contractors
are our specialty!
While we work with all types of
businesses, our current On Target
Groups are all made up of Residential
and Small Commercial Painting Contractors.
We currently have several On Target
groups of Painting Contractors that
have been in existence since 2002.
New members are still being accepted
into these groups.
A new On Target Group Program for
Pavement Contractors in the 1-800-PAVEMENT
Network is also forming in 2008.
We would like to start On Target
groups for other business owners
and other specialty contractors
when we have enough interested business
owners to start a new group. A great
way to kick off a new group is to
convene a number of interested business
owners from a trade association.
