Business and Organizational Development
Business Performance Review
We evaluate your business performance
over the last 3 years - Includes a
Business Performance Report with
Industry Benchmarks and a one hour
consultation.
Business Performance Review Plus
A
periodic review of financial statements
and ratios includes a look at your
profit improvement potential. Building
upon the Business Performance Review, we
meet with you quarterly to review the
performance of your business and to
demonstrate how making even small
changes in the key activities of your
business will produce major changes in
results. We look at your profit
improvement potential using “what if”
scenarios, and we help you to measure
and monitor the changes in key
activities as you work towards greater
profitability.
Targeting Business Results Program
Work with us on an individual basis for
12 months to build a better business
beginning with our financial management
for business program. The scope of our
work with you will follow what we
discover together are the critical areas
of focus from our meetings with you and
what is revealed by learning to “know
your numbers”.
You can opt for an in person Business
Strategy Session or join us for a One
Day Intensive Financial Management
Workshop held several times per year in
various locations. This is followed by
12 months of in-person and/or telephone
consultations, unlimited email access,
web-based resources and monthly group
calls with other business owners.
It is important for you to know that our
guarantee to you is that if you are not
delighted with the results, you may stop
the process in any month. This will
necessarily require a true partnership
approach. Clearly, you will be in total
control. Our role will be to help you
define the actions that are required
and, most importantly to keep focused on
the things that you must get right.

involves a mixture of individual
consulting, group consulting and
conferences.

Management Retreat or Business
Strategy Session Facilitation
A half or full day planning and strategy
session for the key people in your
organization facilitated by an Advisors
On Target consultant. Even the most
successful organization can benefit from
having an outside facilitator to keep
the meeting focused and effective.
The purpose of this planning day is to
engineer structure into your business
development process. Completing our
assessment questionnaire will provide
valuable and relevant information that
will form the basis of focused
discussion at the strategy session. It
will also give you new insights into
your business. Your investment in this
process includes our analysis of the
assessment questionnaire and a
confidential survey of your team on your
organization’s commitment to customer
service prior to the actual session.
At the strategy session itself, we
identify the critical strengths and
weaknesses of your business; evaluate
opportunities that are available to you,
and develop a vision that will give
focus and direction to your business
initiatives. Finally we put together an
action plan so that you have a specific
set of projects to work on to implement
your goals.
Client Advisory Boards
What do your clients really think about
the way you run your business?
Advisors On Target will conduct your
Client Advisory Board for you, meeting
with you to discuss your objectives and
providing you with an outline of
questions that we will ask your clients.
During our discussions with you we may
modify the questions to tailor the
session to specific needs of your
company. You will then provide us with a
list of your clients. We aim to have
8-12 clients participate in an Advisory
Board. We then invite your clients,
conduct the Client Advisory Board (which
would typically take 2 hours for an in
person session or 90 minutes for
Tele-conference), and finally provide
you with both an audiotape and written
report of the session. At our follow up
meeting with you, we discuss the results
of the Client Advisory Board and suggest
action steps to implement to better
serve your clients.
